Failed to Attend Policy

We kindly ask that patients provide a minimum 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

If you fail to attend your appointment or provide less than 48 hours’ notice, you may incur a cancellation fee. Any charges applied will be at the discretion of the practice and may reflect the time reserved for your appointment.

We appreciate your cooperation, as missed appointments prevent us from offering treatment times to other patients.
