December Newsletter 2020

In some ways 2020 has been a long year – times of missing our family, our friends and being able to socialise freely or even just being able to pop to the shops. In other ways, certainly here at Long Sutton Dentistry, the time has flown by and we can’t quite believe the end of the year is fast approaching. We have constantly had to change and adapt our working ways to keep everyone safe whilst working in or visiting our practice so that has kept us very busy!

News of the new vaccines being rolled out is fantastic but, for now, not much is changing in the way we provide services here at the practice – we will continue to be “PPE’d up” and will be keeping the locked door system in place for a little longer. The constant use of hand-sanitisers and disinfectant wipes will also continue!
It has been birthdays galore throughout November and December. Lucy, Gianluca, Jean, Matthew and Ness have all celebrated and we are all rather sick of birthday cake!

We have been lucky enough to receive some lovely recommendations and testimonials by email and on social media recently and we want to thank everyone who has taken the time to write one for us. These reviews help new customers decide which practice to come to, so they are really important for us. If you feel that you’d like to write a few words we are always grateful! They can be emailed to us, at , added as a post or recommendation to our social media pages or even better you can leave a google review. Google reviews are the absolute godsend for small businesses (have you seen the recent advert with Sheridan Smith?) and you can easily leave a review by clicking on this link:

Here are a couple of reviews that we were delighted to receive within the past couple of weeks…

“I cannot thank this dentistry enough! You have changed my whole experience of visiting the dentist and the work you have performed is outstanding. Gianluca has always taken the time to provide me with the very best treatment, never rushing me or making me feel overwhelmed. I finally feel like I can smile properly again.”

“Today was my first time going to Long Sutton Dentistry and words cannot describe how impressed I was. I saw Matthew and Hayley and they were absolutely brilliant with me.”

“Made a call to Long Sutton Dentistry yesterday, the telephone was answered with such a welcoming and professional tone. Had my first appointment today with Matt. I was very anxious as I have seen many dentists in the past and not had the best of experiences. These anxious thoughts went straight away from the minute I was called into the surgery. I was put at ease and listened to, which in this busy world is unusual. The whole experience with the practice has been positive and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.”

Little reviews like this make us so happy – thank you all for your kind words!

So, not much more to tell you for now – we just want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for your continued support and custom this year – we are very aware just how lucky we are to have you as our loyal customers!

Finally, let us wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year, we hope that you can enjoy some form of normality in your bubbles this year!

Stay safe everyone!

Lots of love from the whole team at Long Sutton Dentistry x
