Matthew studied at High Wycombe Royal Grammar School and then University College Hospital London where he qualified with a 1st Class Honours Degree.

With an extensive clinical background, working in both Henley and Stamford before moving to Long Sutton full time in 2015, Matthew has special interests in Minor Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry and the replacement of missing teeth. He is also highly experienced in Root Canal Therapy, the treatment of gum disease and jaw joint problems.

Matthew has been awarded a Fellowship in Surgery and Prosthodontics from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a certified Medico-Legal Expert Witness and a member of Inspire MediLaw’s Chambers of Experts.

Matthew is a passionate fly fisherman, which he finds provides a peaceful focus away from a busy Practice life. He has taught many people to fish and is qualifying as an instructor. He has enjoyed fishing in some of the world’s most scenic locations.
